Re: Phil Leaman – CEO Appointment
Good Afternoon:
The Board of Directors of Resource Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Leaman as President and CEO of the organization. Phil will succeed Russ Shaner who will be retiring in the second quarter of 2020.
Phil joined AARM, now Resource Partners, 24 years ago and has been an integral part of the organizations success ever since. He has most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has led the PCRRG, PCWSP captives as well as the finance and IT functions. In addition to those responsibilities, he has led the analysis, identification and implementation of a new insurance management system during this past year. This system provides the technological foundation for enhanced service to our Peace Church members.
Phil is dedicated to the vision, values and innovation that have guided the mission and culture of Resource Partners throughout its history and is excited about its future opportunities for innovation and collaboration to help our members achieve continued success.
With Phil’s appointment, the necessary recruitment work has begun to identify his replacement. His replacement will be in place prior to Russ leaving Resource Partners.
