The Peace Church Workers Safety Program (PCWSP) launched in January 2015 operating as a member owned workers compensation captive insurance program.
PCWSP’s members pay premiums and join together to share claims costs to a predetermined level, then limit ultimate financial risk through the purchase of specific and aggregate reinsurance from a rated commercial reinsurer.
PCWSP members optimize the value of the program with commitments to intentional sound loss control; claims management; service partner selection; and learning from each other.
PCWSP is available to Peace Church organizations, other non-profit continuing care retirement centers, and other social service organizations with current workers compensation premiums of at least $50,000 and with a willingness to participate in the member commitments to make the program successful.
