PCPIT is a fully insured Program covering Property and Automobile coverages for Peace Church organizations and other non-profit continuing care retirement centers and other social service providers. Currently the program is comprised of 10 organizations.
Resource Partners, in partnership with the National Brokerage firm of Arthur Jay Gallagher (AJG Co.), has developed this program to provide Property, Automobile and Crime coverage for Peace Church organizations who operate aging care facilities and similar nonprofit organizations.
This group created a policy to be able to leverage Peace Church values, combine the best coverage enhancements from insurance providers and provide uniformity to a common risk profile. Merging risk exposures from multiple geographic areas has enabled Peace Church Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) to obtain coverage beyond what they would be able to obtain on their own.
As an additional program enhancement, we have been able to negotiate a favorable rate for the Commercial auto and Crime coverage as underwriters have become comfortable with risk exposures within our Peace Church communities, non-profit CCRCs, and social service organizations thus providing enhanced coverage offerings.
