Resource Partners, Lancaster, PA announces the launch, effective January 1, 2015, of the Peace Church Workers Safety Program (PCWSP), a member owned, self-insured, workers compensation program.

PCWSP’s 15 members pay premiums and share claims costs to a predetermined level, then limit ultimate financial risk through the purchase of specific and aggregate reinsurance from a rated commercial reinsurer.

“I am excited about the PCWSP start-up” said Vito Genna, CEO of Sierra View Homes and Chair of the PCWSP Subscribers Advisory Committee. “We took our time in finding the right partnerships to create an effective program. I am confident that working with a priority on appropriate loss control and claims management our goals of worker safety and coverage cost management will be met.”
